Never Alone IV- Kidnapped
"The boss 'il be happy to see you again, little princess," the goon continued. SilverWings altered her footing slightly, shifting her wieght. "He was not happy when you escaped us. That Key is a very valuable piece of equipment that we would like back. Why don't you come with us- gaaaaw!"
The man let out an ear busting bellow as Silver bit into the meaty hand covering her mouth. She tasted a rush of salty blood flow from the wound before she released the hand. The goon immediately pulled away and Silver whisked around, grabbing the Glock from his hand in a swift motion.
The goon's eyes widened as his gaze traveled from his bleeding hand to the young girl standing in front of him, holding the hand gun steadily. He was the same henchmen from only a few nights before. Half his face was graffitied with scars and patches of permanently charred skin. He had somehow been healed extremely quickly from Nic's fireball, though not well.
Looking up slightly, Silver saw her partner lounging in the window-sill, watching with a slight smile on his lips. The goon hadn't even caught sight of Thirteen as he had examined the trial. Now he nodded and looked down inside the warehouse, calling the all-clear to Immunity, then looked back to Silver, a smile playing on his lips.
The smile suddenly fell, replaced by a panicked expression. "Silver," he yelled. A shot rang out in the air and Thirteen dropped back into the warehouse.
"Thirteen," Silver screamed. A muscular arm wrapped around her torso, swinging her around so that the gun in her hands pointed an no-one. A strong hand gripped her wrist and a flash of pain seized her entire arm, causing her to drop the hand gun.
Silver thrashed widly, struggling to escape the death grip, but it proved useless. The new opponent only squeezed harder until she was forced to stop struggling, leaving her gasping for air.
"Hold still," the man holding her ordered, loosening his hold enough for SilverWings to gulp in a lungful of air. "Mantle, get your gun."
The first goon with the damaged face came into her view and picked the Glock off the ground. He glared at the girl before looking up at the window. "Did you hit her friend?" he asked.
"Of course," Silver's holder said with a chuckle. "Knocked that Tom-cat right off his perch." Enraged, she discharged another hail of kicks on the goon holding her. With a furious roar, he threw her on the ground.
Silver got on her hands and knees, ready to launch herself back at them, but she was yanked up by her hair and onto her feet. She whimpered as another gun came to her head, but this time it whacked her in the skull, causing her vision to blur.
"How could this girl be such an issue?" the third goon holding her said. Silver began to wonder in her haze just how many of the Magistrate's henchmen were lurking in the marsh. He moved her into view of the warehouse wall, pushed his face next to her ear, and whispered, "One more rebellious move from you, and your gray-matter will be the new paint on this shack." He pushed the weapon into her head. With a whimper, Silver went limp, ceasing her fighting. "Good girl." He began to pull her toward the river, his hand wrapped in her hair and the Glock at her head.
"This brat has just as much buck in her as that winged magget in the cage," Mantel muttered tersely.
The man holding Silver hauled her behind the warehouse to a dock that led through the weeds and into the water. He led her to the only occupant of the pier, a skiff bobbing on the swells, pulling against the rope that anchored it to a wood post.
Once the henchman had her aboard he forced her down into a seat and sat across from her, pointing the muzzle of his gun at her.
"Tie her up," he ordered. Mantel came reached for her and she snapped out with her teeth and he flinched. "Don't touch me, you filthy brigand," she growled.
"And get something to keep her quiet, it's a long ride to the boss."

The Clash-
SNEAK PEEK
"A biological attack has affected the greater part of New York City. A green fog rose from the streets this morning in downtown New York. Despite interventions of the Justice League & Young Justice, New York has been stranded from all help. Monsters are being formed from what we are told is 'Gamma Radiation'. But the main question everyone is asking is not "How will we save those who have been affected" Rather the question is: Where is New York's protector? Where is the Spiderman? And did he truly end the masked vigilante Red Revenge, now known as Samuel Grant?"
