Tundra rolled over in her sleep. Drowsy and beads of cold sweat dotting her arms and fore head. She tossed again mumbling in her sleep. Her breathing got harder and louder. She clawed at the blankets and sheets in desperation.
Charm had been having a nicer dream than usual. At least he was sleeping which was a bonus. Then something drove him from his dream land. He didn't feel like anything was wrong with him. He listened and waited. No loud noises. Shaking him self he got up. Maybe Tundra could lull him to sleep again.
He paused at her door and knocked. he laughed to him self. probably asleep. Punching in the code numbers to her door it slid open. Worry spiked when he saw her. She was tangled in her blanket and she was breathing hard clawing as the bed. Her hair was spiking in odd directions and flat on some parts. Beads of sweat dotted her face.
He lightly touched her shoulder when she jerked awake. "Holy shit!" he jumped back when she sat up quickly nearly colliding with his face. "Tundra are you okay?" he tapped her shoulder. She ignored him (odd in it's self she would at least tell him to go away) wiping her fore head with her sleeve and rubbing her eyes.
"Charm?" she mumbled. "Yeah you looked like you were having a bad dream" he touched her shoulder lightly. She leaned into the touch. "I'm fine babe go back to bed" she mumbled. He grinned and crawled over her. She sighed in a odd way and let him lay his head on her chest while she played with his hair.

Ms. Martian closed her eyes to concentrate on linking them up. A training excises again, she didn't want to repeat anything from before so she was being as careful as possible. Tundra tired and bored nodded of into sleep. When ms.Martian linked her up she was over whelmed by the dream.
Pulled in (and the rest of the team) by the strength of Tundra's metal strength. Ms. Martian was able to direct them (minus Tundra) to her memory base. The group panted as they looked in the dark black and blue void. "Where are we?" Artemis asked. "Tundra's memory base" Ms. Martian told them.
"What's this?" Superboy reached towards a small little light blue ball. "Superboy no don't touch that!" Ms Martian cried out. It was to light as the eerie light blue light surrounded them. "What is this?" Aqaulad asked concerned. "It's not dangerous to us it's just a memory" Ms. Martian supplied. "So we are in one of her memories?" Charm asked.
They glanced around. It was a nice home. From what they could tell it was a living room. A noise alerted them. A little girl. Dressed in a light purple spaghetti strapped dress was running down the steps. "Oh my god" Artemis breathed out. The little girl was no more than 3 years old.
"Is that Tundra?" Robin blinked. The girl had snow white hair that ended choppily at her shoulders. Light blue eyes were so innocent. She ran right through Kid Flash. He shivered and shook. "That felt weird" he answered. A woman came down the steps slower. Light blonde hair and blue eyes sparkled with joy.
The door bell wrung. "I'll get it!" the child cried as she raced for the door. Managing to get it open a man with greesy black hair and brown evil eyes. He looked at the child before picking her up. "You scream and you die" he whispered to her. She was shaking as her carried her across the room and set her on the couch.
"Who are you?" she whispered. "I'm getting ride of the monster under you bed" he smiled. The women was stiff her eyes narrowed. "Get away from her" the woman growled. "Now, now. If your good I won't kill your daughter okay?" the man grinned and stood straight. He whipped a knife out slicing the woman in the next. Then he stabbed at her again again and again. "Mommy!" the girl whimpered. The man grinned at the girl. Picked up the dead body and walked away like nothing ever happened. "Remember little girl. Monsters under the bed don't survive for long" and then he left.
Then they were flashed to another memory. A much more gruesome one (that's right people). Charm could tell Tundra had already left her home by the fact they were in the forest. The same man but older was standing there a white wolf in front of him. He looked scared and he was bleeding heavily on his leg. A sure sign Tundra had been hunting him.
"Your that little girl from when I killed that women" he whimpered. The wolf snarled and lunged. Tearing into his gut and ripping skin. Blood splashed onto the snow. She ripped at his arms and legs tearing him apart snarling and growling. Charm didn't even want to believe that was Tundra. Sure he killed people. He was in a fucking war once. But never, not since he knew her had Tundra gotten so mad at him that she attacked to kill. Sure she got made a few times.
At any of the team mates for grating on her nerves. Or if Charm was being a little to charming to her. Or if he went hunting with out her. Sure she got made but Tundra was calm, collected, and dangerous. But never psycho. "Stop! Help! Someone!" the man writhed under her.
She paused and howled. It didn't make them feel safe. It made the hair on the back of their necks stand up. And then her form changed. Into a girl. Around 11 years old. And she was almost naked. A thin strip of cloth around her chest. And a shredded skirt hung around her legs. Long white hair was matted. She snarled her blue eyes filled with anger.
"Who are you?" he whimpered. "I am Amara Noelle and I am your judge" she hissed as she stood. He whimpered as the snow began to move. "Your a murder Gonzolez" she growled. "please-" he whimpered. "You don't get to beg all you get to do it scream" she snarled and ice spiked through his entire body. And then said girl walked away.
"Get out" a low voice spoke. Older Tundra was standing there. "get out of my head" she snarled. Ms. Martian pulled them out.
Tundra got up and walked towards the zeta-beam tubes. She didn't scream or yell. Charm was stunned. He was so shocked by the last memory. "Tundra BO9" the computer sounded. And then charm snapped back into action. Sprinting towards the tubes the computer barely registration him. "Charmante Roi B08" it sounded. He was on a mountain. Tundra was walking effortlessly on the thin ledge.
Edging his way across he sprinted and grabbed her. She stilled and was tense. "Tundra" He said. "I didn't want you to know" she whispered. He made her turn towards him. Her hands were limp by her side. The snow drifts swirling around them. "Your going to leave" she whispered. Charm shook her. "Your such an idiot sometimes! You can tell me anything! I love you I always will!" he shouted. "Your angry" she whispered.
But it made him let her go. That was not Tundra. "Tundra" he whispered. She lunged clawing at his chest. he yelped jumped back. "Your afraid! To afraid to say it!' she screamed. On reflex he lashed out kicking her gut and smacking her across the face. She collapsed into the snow. He knelt next to her. "I'm sorry" he whispered.
She whimpered her hair blocking her face. "I knew it" she sobbed out the broken cry cracked between her lips. "Knew what?" he asked. "Your afraid of me. You don't love me. Your going to try to kill me. Just like everyone else. I don't want to kill you to charm" she whispered.
His face dropped. Kill you to? She had killed before. How many people? "I do love you" he whispered. "No you don't" she whispered. "what?" he blinked. "You love Tundra. Calm, collected Tundra. The hero Tundra. Pure tundra. Yeah you love her. Just a name. You don't love Amara. You're afraid of her. The monster under the bed" she shook with every word.
He grabbed her and turned her towards him. "Can't love the person not the names?" he smiled. Tears were falling from her eyes and her body racked with the heavy sobs. Charm was not a stupid person. He knew how to handle a upset Amara (not that different from Tundra). A kiss wouldn't fix it. She needed comfort. She needed to trust him.
Drawing her close he hugged her and ran his hands through her hair. "I love you more than Amara or Tundra put together" he whispered. it didn't make much sense but she hugged back.
