Prologue-
"Russia?" Robin asked.
"Russia." Batman said.
The rest of the Team walked over as the screen appeared with a news report from Russia.
"With the international banquet between the United States and Russia approaching, tensions are running high and security has been pushed up. Unconfirmed rumors suggest that the Justice League will be watching over the banquet personally." the news reporter said. "But again, these rumors are unconfirmed. Back to you Dave."
"Thanks, Iris. If you want to see more, just-" Batman cut the news host and the screen off.
"The Justice League has other matters to attend to. Superman is currently en-route to another planet with Manhunter and a few other League members to help evacuate it. Other members of the Justice League are elsewhere and we can't afford to spare any we have left. That's where you come in."
"Let me guess, you want us to watch over the banquet and make sure no one tries anything." Robin said.
"Precisely. Stick to teams of two and secure a perimeter around the building. But don't be seen. You have one day to prepare. The League will provide money for a hotel and food."
"Speaking of which, what's that smell?" Wally asked.
"Oh! My cookies are done!" Megan exclaimed, flying out of the room with the speedster hot on her heels.
"Dismissed." Batman sighed.
Everyone but Revenge and Holly left. Batman looked at the two before walking over.
"Nice outfit." he said to Holly.
"Thanks." Holly muttered.
"You two wanted to speak with me?" Batman asked.
"Yeah," Revenge said. "There are now eight members of this Team, but only six have been accepted. Guess which six."
Batman looked at him. "Aqualad talked to me yesterday about your predicament. He is trying his best to get the Team to accept you. Holly," The Dark Knight turned to Holly. "I really cant help you." he said.
Holly raised an eyebrow, but said nothing. Batman dismissed himself.
"Recognized, Batman..."
Holly snorted as soon as the Dark Knight left. "Figured." she said.
"I'm assuming you and Batman don't see eye-to-eye?" Revenge asked.
"That's an understatement." Holly said.
Revenge looked at her, and for once, Holly couldn't tell what his expression was.
"Never mind, cookies?" she asked.
"No, I've got something else to work on." Revenge said, pulling up a keyboard.
Holly rolled her eyes and walked away. She could've sworn she heard Revenge mutter "Thanks, though."
The guy had a heart after all.
Holly walked into the kitchen and immediately got dirty looks from everyone except Artemis, Robin, whose neutral expression masked anything he was feeling, and Kaldur, who merely nodded in her direction.
Holly sat on the barstool and put her head in her hands.
"Ah, cheer up." Artemis said. "They'll get used to you. Just give them time. Cookie?"
Holly took the cookie from the archer and mumbled a thank you.
This was going to be a long mission.

Remember when I posted asking for 10 comments in 2 hours? That's how I picked the lineup for this. I couldn't decide who to put into it, so that was my strategy.
A team is a whole, parts of differences, secrets, and love.
Of brothers and sisters, two wings on a single dove.
There's the new gal, a sweet little kitten,
A crazy fireball, the brightest spirit, always sizzlin'.
The sharp shooter, aiming straight,
The mysterious goddess, rising against fate.
A wise lass, green thumbs for knowledge,
A sisterly leader, keeping an order all must acknowledge.
And one with a broken heart, yet the biggest one.
All a team, all a family. One in the same. True for all that come.
Can you guess who is which?
P.S. 66Dragons helped with this!

Revenge stumbled away. The woman looked at the needle in her hand. The blood within was mixed with a strange brown mixture. Revenge gripped his arm and glared at the woman.
"A simple test will tell me who is beneath the mask, Red Revenge. And your secret will belong to me."
"Not likely." Revenge growled.
"Oh, but that's not all it does." she continued. "It poisons the blood stream. Corrupts the DNA within cells and eventually kills them."
"Nerve gas."
"In a liquid form, yes Red Revenge."
