I dodged a lunge from one of the polar bears and punched it, forcing it to swim to the surface. Robin, on the other hand, was being chased by the other bear, having not enough time to grab a piece of equipment.
I trailed them, pulling out my Bat rope. I kicked my feet as hard as I could, gritting my teeth at the cramps I received.
Robin! I thought, praying that he would hear me.
"I'm a little busy here!" he responded, swimming upwards so one of the bears slammed into the icy walls.
I've got an idea! I pulled him out of the way and hid behind a large block of ice. The bear swam just inches behind us, but he stopped trying to look. He then swam to the bottom of the exhibit, where a hatch opened and allowed him entry.
Come on! I motioned toward the hatch and swam in it before it could close on us. Inside was a chamber where all the water exited through the gutters, and a room was right behind the door facing us.
I took off my diving mask and flippers. "We found it!" I whispered. "Mr. Freeze's lair!"
Robin took a look at the door. "We have to find a way through this door." He felt around in his belt and brought a lock-pick, which opened the door.
"Come on!" he whispered, and I followed him through a long, bright hallway. Here we could see camera images of the exhibit, which were now empty at the moment.
At the end of the hallway, was an office covered in glass windows. I could see Mr. Freeze's glowing goggle eyes glaring at one of his henchmen.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN NIGHTFURY TOOK HER?!!" he roared, his cold voice echoing through the walls of the lair.
I inched closer to Robin, who put a cautious arm around me.
"W-well, boss, I t-thought you wanted to save Nora from those scientists--?" started one of the henchmen.
"Well, now I don't even know WHERE SHE IS!!" Mr. Freeze thundered. He paced back and forth, little bits of steam coming out of his boots.
"Don't worry, boss," said another henchman. "We'll find the Nightfury and force her to give Nora back."
"There is no need," Freeze said. "She is here."
And my heart stopped beating as all three of them turned their heads at us; the shivering couple hiding behind the glass wall.

Sneak Peek Part II
Revenge or Redemption
"This Way!" Revenge yelled.
I followed, ducking into a closet. My yellow/black cape swished behind me and exposed where we were.
"Tam! Ogan'!" a voice yelled.
The Russians brought their guns to bear on the wooden door and fired. Revenge leaped in front of me, taking the shock and damage of the bullets. But fifteen AK-47s firing into his chest managed to knock him out.
The Russians busted open the door and knocked me down with a rifle to the head. One pointed his gun at me.
"Ostan'sya vnizu malen'kaya devochka!" he yelled.
I struggled to think, the blow to my head had me in a daze.
"C'mon Barbara! Think! You're in Russia! Batman taught you this much."
After a bit of thinking, I managed to translate it into 'Stay down little girl'.
The next time they said something, it was easier to translate.
"Voz'mite ikh s losifom!"
Translation: Take them to Joseph.
