If you like yaoi, why do you dislike yuri?

I'm okay with yuri but yaoi is SO MUCH HOTTER!
i'm a girl and i'm not attracted to girls, i'm attracted to guys. in most movies and books they focus on the girl, that's just how it is and i don't want to focus in on the girl i wanna focus in on the guy. with yaoi we just eliminate the girl and now I CAN FOCUS ON BOTH PEOPLE! it's awesome. and hot.
it's the same with straight guy's, they don't want to focus on the guy so they watch two girls go down on each other.

Well...The only reason I can give is this: I'm a straight girl, so things like yuuri tend to freak me out...I mean, no offense to lesbians/bi's or yuri lovers!!...It's just my opinion!...Because I'm a girl, I think it's natural for me to not like yuri...I-It feels wiered, and just wrong to me...

Well, maybe guys don't like yaoi because they imagine themselves and/or their friends doing... whatever yaoi people do. Same with me. I am a fujosh, however I do not like yuri. Because when I tried watching a mild shoujo ai for the first time my results of watching it was I got influence immediately and had this urge to like a girl, a same gender as I am. Others think of me as disgusting and she, the one I liked, is disgusted at me also. That's why when I stopped, my urge stopped as well. So that's why I hate it. I LOVE YAOI~♥ XD

Yes I do dislike Yuri only because there is nothing to penetrate in a girl if you are a girl at least the characters look Kawaii but yaoi is more kawaii (and plus boys at least have a hole and something to penetrate it with)

Maybe some people like Yaoi more than Yuri, because Yaoi looks more fun and hot. Yuri is cute, but then it sometimes would look like they're friends more then a couple, because girls are used to kissing eachother on the cheek. Unlike Yuri, Yaoi tends to be more.. Unique. Boys don't usually kiss eachother on the cheek or hug eachother, so it looks more hot.

Because it's cute when one guy acts like a girl. A little role reversal. Plus it's not really as appealing as yaoi yurt is just there. It's only good if there's a bit of role reversal

I'm a guy, I'm 18, I only like yaoi, and I'm not gay, I like the romance and the passion, I even like Pico, which is mostly illegal, I'm not a fan of Boku, from Boku no Pico, and I'm not a fan of Chico's sister. I like the trio of Pico, Chico, and Coco. I'm just not a fan really of the big breasts and such.

I just described an anime. A popular yaoi. You may know it, and I bet lots of you love it.

Watch what you want to watch, but hear me out. I don't want you to look st an anime and never watch it because it's yuri. There are some great yuri animes that are adorable, funny, and simply amazing. There's Anne Happy, Yuru Yuri, Strawberry Panic, Yuri Kuma Arashi... there are so many more.

I don't dislike yuri, I just haven't found a female/female pairing (canon or fanon) that has really captured my attention yet.

I'm a guy and I'm not gay (I'm bi). I feel about yaoi and yuri the same way I do about seeing the same thing happen when it's not animated. I like both guys and girls, but seeing two boys doing sexual things with each other is beautiful. 3 or 4 guys can be hot and so is 2 boys and a girl or 3 boys and a girl. 2 girls kissing can be ok. But 2 girls doing things to each other's vaginas is kind of gross and kind of disappointing. I prefer straight girls, and my favourite ones are the ones who like to see guys together in real life.

I like Yaoi more, Yuri is kind of boring in my opinion but other than that i love BL!
