How do you think it is different being a twin?

I watch the two girls drag Ashleigh's duvet off of her bed and into the contemporary, yet welcoming living room. I watch as they try to make a tent, giggling whenever their construction collapses, and tugging it back into place just to watch it self-destruct every time.

If only it were that easy. Just being able to laugh whenever your life falls apart, then cheerfully re-build it all over again, knowing it will not stay that way, yet not giving up.

I couldn't stop screaming like an idiot. The snake went to attack, until a muscular hand grabbed it, and threw it really far. I looked behind me and jumped a little. My journey hasn't been easy for me. Every step of the way I've struggled, stumbled, doubted, cursed, and felt sure that I couldn't go on. But I feel stronger because of it, almost like I needed to go through it to get where I am now. I still don't believe I'm perfect or beautiful. Maybe I'll always doubt.
