Chapter1 At my school (St.John's) we have only two majoir athletic groups. Those would be soccer and football. If your not an athlete your a wanna-be or you wanna kill one. KIll not being an understatment.

I'm Kris and yes I am both a loathed and suat after person. My being the captin of the girls varsity soccer team. I was the first captin to reject the boys vrsity captin. As i presume you've taken it under usumption that he didn't agree. Tushay you say, well I've thrown a spin on it. I'm dateing the wonderful, the glouriuos, the perfect Dakota Dawning(he's the captin of the football team). So mainly I'm loathed!

Two weeks ago Tyler Moriss(the boys soccer captin) dissapeared. Just telling you to keep you caut up. "Hey kris!" thats my boyfriend(my captin). "Hey babe, whats up?" i asked as he thoughtlessy pressed his soft lips to mine iggnoring the six inch rule we have. "Ah nothing i dont guess. The usual hateing Mrs.Davidson." he said twirling the string on my sweats. "Heve you heard anything about Tyler?" i asked sheepishly. "Why, are you worried" he somtimes gets jelious. "No" yes, i mean yes was the real answere.

In homeroom we do more talking than listening. Thats where i learn "current events) so to speak. " IDK, but I think it has something to do with dakota." I could hear one of my scool bitches talking in the back of the room. I sank in my seat to try to make it less blunt that I was listening. "I think he was merderd, and Dakota has no concence." I wanted to show her what years of early morning workouts and no long weekends did for me. If I did that all my hard work would be for nothing.

Since Tyler dissapeared everyone from the geeks to the Preps think they know Dakota. We live in a small town. I've known him scence I was three. Don't they all have something better to do all day than make dakota's life misserable?

"Did Tyler ever give you a resone to like him?" dakota joked as we walked through the front door of the school at exactly 3:20. "Not until this year, he never ave me the time of day till my name was on the list for the team." It was true he never did. "I mean you always liked me and i kindof blew you off...sorry" I explained with a jerky look of i dont care. "I don't care what happened to him." I had to warn him several times to lower his vioce people suspect him anyway.

Dakota started his hand-me-down F-150 in the cold. When we got in he again started with the yelling. "look Kris, I don't care what anyone thinks, i love you." I could see his breath as he spoke right in front of me.

His words froze me. I couldn't say or do anything even if i hade wanted to. He hade never said I love you. I wanted to cry but couldn't do that either. I was stuck.

When I finally thought i could speek i swallowed but this was the only thing that came out. "Dakota, does your truck not have a heater?" OH my god I thought to myself. "No, my brother hit the dash and now nothing works." I nodded my head for an okay seeing as how i rely didn't care.

I was determined to try this again. "Er erlier, you said you loved me, was that true?" Er, I think that worked. "God damn Kris, who do you take me for. Yes it was true!" he laughed. I laughed half way exhailing through my nose. He moved a strand of hair from my face as he gently kissed my lips. I had to repetedly tell muself dont scream he's still the same guy.

Noone was there when we walked through the front door of Dakota's house. We didn't look for any one we just kept moving to the back of the house. When I was standing out side the house it hit me that our love is real, I love him.

"Dakota," i terned arouned to find myself in his arms. "I love you." i wispered softly just as he was leaning in to kiss me. It felt like it would last forever. Dakota stll with one arm around me reached back and opened his bedroom door. I pulled his hand of my but and ran around him to sit on the bed. I gave him this sort of childish grin. I put my arms around his neck to pull him down. Oh my god i thought to myself what am i doing...

I am from a dad who showed me love –till I turned four
--A navy man with no more room for me
To burned bridges with family, friends and loved ones

From the chilly blue ocean, days spent at the golden beach,
And time spent hiding from the world

From days spent with despair and wishes for death
To days with unending laughter and forced smiles

The hopes of tomorrow being destroyed
And memories that become tarnished

From helping raise four younger siblings
And growing up too fast
To begging my friend not to die

From my tears, joy, and fears
To finding the Father who always loved me

From being too terrified...

As I gasp for breath while I drown the pain in morphine
While my heart beats in tune with the rolling static hills on the metal screen
I lay on my deathbed reflecting on my life
I can say I had a good one although it was filled to the brim with tidal waves of hurt
I laughed in delight while running through the golden fields embracing the open skies and wearing a halo of warm sunshine
I climbed trees and swam in the salty emerald sea
But Moma was always working hard at the diner filling out orders for sugary milkshakes and greasy fries
And brother Tim was always out too late fixing old radios who sang...

Catherine Orr is 19 and is a non-identical twin. She tells us about her relationship with her sister,Michelle.

How do you think it is different being a twin?
'I think it's very different. We've been through exactly the same things:the same birthdays, the same parties, the same first day at school, the same evil maths teacher.'

Do you think you and Michelle are more similar than ordinary sisters?
'Definitely. If I don't like a film, then neither does she.We pick up the phone at the same time to call each other. If I get ill,so does she.'

Do you get on well with Michelle now?
'Yes,I see her about once a week,although...
