what are the things you can do to get back into writing?

One thing I do, is either try to find a way to combine two or more stories I tried to write if possible and work a way to combine them or I just write some random ideas down, and read some books of a similar genre and try to draw ideas from that story or movie if you prefer that. I'm not too good at it, but I've figured out that even if you don't feel interested in the piece you are writing, ask some friends to read it and what they think about it. It is always good to be encouraged by close people, or even readers. Then ask if they have any opinions of how to tweak it or to continue it. That always helps me. I hope this helps you! Good luck! (:
