Writing Question

Kinda critical...

It's been almost two months, and every time I try to eat more than a few bites, I throw up. I recently lost a total of 10 pounds because of this, and it is beginning to affect my athletic abilities. One of my friends told my it was anarexia, but I'm not sure. My parents are against doctors so I can't get checked out. Any ideas on what this could be???
Any answer would be good. I just really need to know what is going on in my body.

If you aren't purposefully making yourself throw up, it's not bulimia or anorexia. It sounds serious though, my advice would definitely be to go to a doctor. You're parents cannot legally keep you from getting medical help, so if they won't take you you can go on your own or with a friend.

It's better if you go to the doctor, even accompanied with a friend, if your parents are against it. I've heard of this kind of disease, but I can't remember the name.

It turns out it most likely was bulimia, caused by all my ptsd and major anxiety attacks. Thank you all soooo much for your answers!
