Hmmm, I would probably be intrigued if I saw it on a shelf. It would, of course, depend on what the story is about. If it's relevant to the plot then yes, it would be a good title :)
I love it! Obviously, I would only read it if I though the subject/plot was interesting, but the title is the kind of thing that would grab my attention.
