Season two they were just beginning. Season three they were really getting to know each other and connecting. Season four, well Oz left and then made way for Tara.

As much as there was damage done to the relationship in Lovers Walk they rebounded. Graduation was perfect and seeing Oz lose it when Faith has Willow just shows his passion.

I love them in all the seasons! ♥
But still, season 2 was hesitant when it comes to their relationship and even though, I loved their scenes in season 4 prior the end, the end was still in season 4 so... season 3 wins.
