Do you have a favorite minor character? If so, who and why?

Minor character, being the character is not a leading role or a main character.
Some examples would be:
Merryweather(Sleeping Beauty), Clopin(Hunchback of Notre Dame), Pascal(Rapunzel), etc.

One of my favorite Disney characters period is the grandmother from Mulan. I can not get over her!!! She is SOOO funny!!!!!!! She is actually one of the reasons I started to really love Mulan in the first place. My friends and I always joke about the things she says "Would you like to stay for dinner?
