She was originally released on the V2 engine, she's since been updated to V3 and has been given an English voicebank
She's the first Vocaloid to be given a true avatar, and the first character vocal or "CV" Vocaloid. She was purposefully made to sound cute and likeable, there is a certain "gimmick" to her.
