What is the hardest video game boss you ever fought?

To me, it's either Queen Metroid from Metroid: Other M or Blizzard Midbus from Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. But my final desicion is Queen Metroid.

By "fought", do you mean beaten, or TRIED to beat him? I tried challenging Alduin from Skyrim at level 13, which was PRETTY DUMB. Now I'm a level 35.
