Who is Beck?

Personally I see him as being a paternal and kind of dominant. I've noticed a lot of the situations he fights with Jade, it's because she's done something he doesn't approve of. I also don't think he's the nicest guy around. In season one, you can clearly see him laughing at multiple jokes that aren't so nice either made by Jade or Sikowitz. I also think he's a little wishy washy. He used to prevoke Jade into jealousy and find it amusing, but now all of the sudden he doesn't like it. I do however think he's a good guy. He's kind of fatherly to the girls (minus Trina), and whenever danger comes he grabs onto them and protects them. Constantly bailing them out of jams. Over all, I don't think he's as sweet and perfect as everyone else does. I still like him, but I wish the flaws in his character were more easily seen. Like Tori, Jade and Cat.
