Actually I put Spirutein powder in smoothies and soymilk and things like that. In my cabinet I have Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate. It's really yummy!!

No you don't have to take protein pills. There are many ways to get protein. Tofu is a good source, beans are also. When I first became vegetarian, I used the website sparkpeople to help me keep track of my nutrition. No problems getting what I need yet.
