Now, I am aware that if vampires were to exist in our time, they may have different traits. Perhaps they aren't pale, perhaps they don't have fangs, and perhaps they can age like any other person. Who knows? Maybe they can even produce children (which in my book is allowed).

But overall, I'm taking facts from books and vampires because it's not like if vampires do exist we would automatically know what they're like. :)

To me there are two kinds of vampires. The fictional ones we see on tv or read about and the real life ones. People who are so demanding they suck the will to live out of us. Overprotective mothers/fathers, insanely jealous boy/girlfriends...that sort of thing. Assuming you meant the fictional variety, I'd suggest you hold up a mirror and if you haven't got a reflection and there's no breath...you're probably a vampire.

Some people want to be vampires so badly and relate that they convince themselves or they set a lifestyle in a natural mimic conscious or subconciously to emmulate.

Some people cut and some people simply drink blood either from cutting, their own, others, or in other ways.

First off check Delusional, Anorexic, Emo, and Mental Disorders and see if it isn't that FIRST. Don't jump to- I am a vampire! Did you get biten by a vampire? Did you nearly loose all your blood and under a transitive state and NOT be mental or on drugs or slipped something? Did your heart stop beating, and now you have no pulse and body grow cold and change? So a doctor has toe-tagged you and wheeled you to a drawyer in the morgue and you claw your way out of the coffin in the ground after your funeral and can only feed on human blood otherwise you get violently ill? Then you MIGHT be a vampire, but remember now your soul is damned for eternity, and when you manage to finally find vanquishment fro this world, hell is the next stop and that one is permanent. Because if you believe in vampires then the act of creating and becoming one is a curse.

No. I think the one feature which means you are definitely a vampire is dependence on blood for sustainance. This is the only characteristic which can truly seperate the wannabe human with the actual vampire. They are actually a different species! Not liking food doesn't mean you're a vampire, it means you're fussy. You still get hungry, you still depend on food to survive. A vampire DOES NOT.

how you know is if, when you stop growing, and you never eat, if you have a strong urge to just bite someone, if you're strong without even working out, whenever there's a full moon (or a new moon especially) you feel like you HAVE to go outside, also if you're depressed all the time...

you are probly just having a hard time in life or u just belive in it to much that you are between worlds made up and real. also i have 2 really sharp teeth two up the top and two down the bottom dont mean im a vamp and i've seen loads of people ask for help because they think there vamp. ask me just sit in sun all day and if you cant last a second then you are conisider a vamp

you aare not a vampire .we like to/need to drink blood .we have great scences not just good ones and if u were biten you would know if uyo where born a vampire like me you would find out at about 11 or 12 and everyone has "SHARP LIKE FANGS"

advice if you are a vamp:

if a friend tells you that they are a werewolf, don't kill them, guard them and they guard you

yet this may only work in my situation because I am merged with a shadow(a type of demon ghost), making me a shadow vampire, which are protected by werewolfs at all costs.

Did some guy (or gal) come up to you and sink their "fangs" into your neck and suck your blood? Did they then force-feed you their blood? Did you die? Do you have a pulse? Do you breathe? If you don't breathe, do you pass out?

If you answered no to the first three and yes to the next three questions, then you are not a vampire.
Vampires are not real, that's why all the books about them are in the fiction (or mythology) section.

i have all of that 2 and i am a vampire

Ok when i was 9 years old i went through some things that scared the living grap out of me and when i turned 14 i stared growing rlly shape fangs and turned pale white. And now i am 17 and i can run so much faster, stronger, i heal quicker and my sinses are so much more advancent and when i turned 16 i stared to smell the iron in ppls blood and now i can tell every ones blood type. And i have'nt even eatin any food in 3 years so u tell me in my face that vampires are'nt and belive me i will prove u wrong HaHa ;)

well i have done tons of search on vampires and they do run very fast but they dont use their fangs very often, only in emergencies. instead they produce a gas in their breath that knocks their victim out then they cut them with their nail at a vein and just suck. and vampires have to eat regualr food and have to feed on human blood and food. at least thats what i have to do to live.

I know this because I'm this way and it had figured this out a while ago: You can hear whispers from far away, see in the dark while other people can't, you have the sense that something will happen before it happens, the sun and heat bothers you, your always pale, when you get a cut you suck on it until it stops bleeding, you won't get scared from a sound as if you were expecting it, K-9 teeth tend to be sharp and pointed, fingernails are stronger and clearer that others, sometimes your eyes change colors (mine change), you can tell how people are feeling, you can tell what people are thinking, you can feel people's emotions, you can feel if someone is watching you. If you are a talented vampire LIKE ME who can cast spells like a witch or wizard that actually work IS REALLY RARE

First of all, Vampires all have an unknown craving. It's ALWAYS different and some even know what it is (like me ^_^)
Getting faster doesn't tell you if you necessarily are a vampire, maybe it could just be that you have gotten more exercise. Better seeing and hearing depends. Is it like mental hearing and seeing in the dark? Disliking food is just maybe you are picky. Vampires can have human food, they just need to have blood once in a while. Food still tastes good, just not as tasty as blood. You could be sick when your pale. BUT MOST vampires have a vitamin D deficiancy. Take a Vitamin D pill just in case! They do wonders for me! I'm pretty sure your not a Vampire, but don't forget.......we are always out there......I hope I helped :)

no you could not be classed as a vampire and beleve me,you really dont want this. be a vampire is nothing good is more like a bad virus. and here are some real facts about vampires: their canines are slightly longer than the other teeth,around the iris they have dark gray trim,they have really pale skin,whenyou look at them they will look AUTOMATIC at you and do not look away from you as long as you do not turn and look at something else because they fear that they will be discovered,they drink blood only as a medicine,they can eat human food,excellent eyesight, hearing and sense of smell(if you are in a place where a person is bleeding acting them weak to be able to move from that place befor the instinct takes over),they are very strong,shy with strangers but funny and loud with their friends, who are also vampires, or do not know what you are,you are allergic to the sun(on the sun you are getting red blisters that itch),they heart beats ONLY when they are under a lot of stress or excitement,per day they are sleepyer and at night more awake,they have long nails and they are beautiful!

I don't want to get a lot of hate, but I'm a vampire. Fangs are possible signs of being a vampire. Are they always showing though? Getting faster is a sign, but it could also mean that your work out is working. Better seeing and hearing are also signs of being a vampire. A dislike of food is uncommon though. I still LOVE to eat, just sometimes ( especially near Halloween ) get a taste for blood. Being pale really doesn't have anything to do with being a vampire. If you want more info u can email me.
