Some people just burn in the sun faster than others and maybe you are just a fast runner. The most likely reason you no longer need glasses is probably just because your eyesight has improved. And you probably just have very good hearing. It is highly unlikely that you are a vampire, but if you start drinking blood then you definitely are! Btw, if you are a vampire then you are very lucky!
