I agree with lakota_spirit on that. Also, I think the government wants us to stay ignorant to the possibility that aliens are in more control than a lot of people think. The government has us under so much control by using certain tactics to keeping us fighting over irrelevant things, when the truth maybe right under our noses.
Yes i do, i would say it is because they are much more advanced (technology wise), and if/when they do show themselves life as we know it would change. Maybe for the better for us normal people but for those in charge?
