I don't know exactly if it was a UFO or not, but it looked strange in the sky. I didn't feel weird or anything. We were in the car driving at the time. The clouds were cirrus type clouds, they were moving up and opposite way we were traveling. But something caught my eye at the base. It looked like cloud mass, but it was in a different position and it wasn't moving with the other clouds. It was moving down but not sideways. Then eventually it just faded or disappeared from sight. It was strange.
