1. That kiss was in one of Naruto's dreams. It didn't actually happen.

2. Sakura's feelings are quite difficult. She DID love Sasuke. But now that Sasuke is a rouge ninja, she knows for a fact that they can no longer save him. Sakura knows she has to move on and lately she has been showing more compassion towards Naruto. Also, now that Sai has told her that Naruto really does care deeply for her, Sakura probably has opened up new feelings.

3. I have read all the current manga.

well..she did hug him.but kiss?no she never kiss him at least till now not yet.and i think she still love sasuke till now.that what i read from the manga.

she didnt kiss him but i think she have some feelings to naruto !looking back she tried to go and kill sasuke by her self! i watched all episodes iam sure!

Actually,yes,in a youtube vid from the youtubers Fightingdreamerspro,Sasuke nd Naruto were making out. It was roleplay though
