I read Alexandra cullen's fanfic. There are some parts of Breaking dawn in Edward's POV, but I liked them very much. Can you send me a link of fanfics, that you read, please?

Let's get something clear: The question is refering explicitely to fanfics. The only Edward POV that Stephenie Meyer wrote, is the early draft of Midnight Sun(Edward's POV of Twilight). It can be found at her site:

(This EPOV is so good, that it has been rumored it is SM herself behind it!)It covers the story from the moment Bella and Edward boarded the airplane for home(so we get to see the earlier days of Bella's pregnancy and each Cullen's reaction) and stops before Alice's vision of the Volturi. Personally, i haven't read this one, but i hear it's very good.

I strongly recommend to every fan of the books out there to try out "The Ties That Bind". I guarantee you will not be disappointed ;)

p.s. ktgirl266, Edward POVs can be segments from any Twilight book, told from Edward's perspective(Point of View). I hope this helped ;)

There actually is no official Breaking Dawn book written from Edward's perspective.
