I don't think that he is suitable for the Edward role... I mean He's kinda quite and all but... Edward is supposed to look different.
He was supposed to look like a marble statue, beautiful and profound, but Robert is just...plain

Even though I read all the books before I watched the movie, I had still seen all the posters and all that so when I read the books I always saw Rob as Edward. But I can understand why you'd feel that way.

rob is a perfect edward. i would hate it if someone else played the part of edward. i mean he does such an excellant job. iam really happy with the actors that got cast as part of twilight.... XD

hell yea! all the charaters ruined twilight for me. why did they have to make a movie. ): now i dont remember how i pictured the characters anymore. plus, i think edward looks ugly. just my opinion.

WOAH. I just have to say that I read Twilight after the film came out. I read the books before I saw the movie but still that was only because I don't agree with seeing a film before reading the books.

he really tried to come up with the expectancies of the role..he was isolated 4 six months before the shootings started to feel how edward felt for being without his soulmate for so many years,he did a lot of research about vamps,he tried to "experience"the transform edward experienced,he even wrote letters to his dad asking him why did he transform him.no one else whould have spent so much time and no one else whould have delivered the role the way he did.rob is perfect for this role..if anyone thinks rob made mistakes at some scenes or doesn't fit at all please let me know
