If i think about it they are pretty much already are NOT. Kristen is with Michael Angarano. If Kristen did 'date' Rob, that would have her cheating on Michael. And if Kristen did cheat on Michael(which she hadn't), it would be as easy for her to cheat on Rob. 'Cuteness' does not define a relationship or whether they should date. That's just my opinion.
