Who did Bella hand Renesmee to when she was afraid that they would lose to the Volturi? Give Jacob some credit. He might be partially a jerk. But he is really nice. Wait, nice is an understatement. If he was a complete jerk, he would have obeyed Sam and killed all the Cullens in Breaking Dawn. The End. I don't think that would have made a nice story though.
