i just dont like jacob because he is always trying to take bella away from edward and i just really like edward plus jacob is always just throwing himself at bella. he just gets on my nerves.

I dont hate him and I dont love him!! I didnt like him that much in Eclipse, but I reeeaally liked him in New Moon (until he got all jealous)!

Put simply, because he's not Edward. He also gave Edward competition, and that's never a good thing. (XD)

i agree with erika-18... Edward is better then jacob just because Edward is Edward and he belongs with Bella.

I really like him, but he started to annoy me when he keeps calling the Vampires 'leeches and bloodsuckers' even when Bella tells him not to.

It really bugs me how people are saying that Jake is immature. OF COURSE HE IS!!! Edward is 100+ and Jake's only 16. Of course they handle their problems differently, but Jake is really mature for his age. And Edward sometimes acts like he really is 17, too, so no one can say that Edward is waaay more mature than Jacob.

After re-reading Jacob's book in BD (and actually giving him a chance) I began to like him more than I did In Twilight and New Moon (in Eclipse he BUGGED me). I used to hate him but I changed my opinion. He's funny and he's sweet and he's just a teenager... you have to remember he's only 16. I felt really bad for him. But, anyways, I don't LOVE him either because, again, he's not an exceptionally exquisite character but I still think he's cool.

I love Jacob, because to me his character is much more REALISTIC! I love that he is always always out for Bella's best interests and so protective of her. Edward can be arrogant, and egotistical at times and I see him as a bit controlling as far as Bella is concerned. He doesn't let her be her real self. Now don't get me wrong I like Edward but if I had my choice Bella would have ended up with Jake! Plus I like my guys hotblooded not cold! Werewolves are definitely more my style!

yea well i kind of liked him on new moon cuz he made bella happy when she was down and he was very nice to her..but in eclipse...he just started to annoy me when forcing her to kiss him and contantly saying that she loves him, well she does but not as much as she loves edward and jacob just doesn't get that and it's annoying..

He goets on my nerves in the books.But i don't hate him,he just simly gets on my nerves, i even sometimes get mad at him.

p.s. I'm not a Jacob hater,I respect him doing the best for Bella.

hawwwwwe i absoulutly LOVE jacob!!!! i have taylor lautner photos all over my bedroom and i like so much because hes bella's missing peice when shes sad plus i dont think bella deserves any of them , personally their both too good for her ;)
