If she is transformed into a vampire, I think that she is going to run away with the Cullens. But, I think she isn't going to be transformed into a vampire because that will ruin the point of all the books of a struggling human and vampire relationship.

I think that when Edward tried to turn her, he can't for some reason. I have reason to believe that Bella gets pregnant in BD. So even if he can, he won't because they don't know how it will affect the baby.
