Emma Roberts is driven off Twitter by Robert Pattinson fans after admitting: 'I'm Team Jacob' 

Everytime I see this particular incident, it breaks my heart.

I mean, alot of people know I'm hardcore Team Edward, or prefer Edward. (I don't really play the team game) But I hate that this had happened. I mean, yeah she was kind of rude, just the way she said it, but this is ridiculous. She's rude, they fight back with even meaner comments. I mean... it's sad that it was so intense as to drive her off twitter. Celebrities take bashing all the time, but it must be devastating that the power of the twilight fans actually made her cower away from twitter. It's sad that it's come to that.

Passionate fans are passionate, whatever. But this occurence had me so confused and in awe. Just the mechanics of it. I mean, she was trending on Twitter, then she deleted because of the comments.

I've had my fair share of polite, but mildly forcful, complaints to Melissa Rosenburg about her terrible scripts and calling Summit about the movies. But, I would never be rude about it, no matter how tempting.

It's one thing to be passionate, but a completely different thing to be almost phsycotic. It's just insane what this fandom can do.

What is the most stupid thing is that the fans were apparently offended because she was 'rude' and yet they were calling her a bitch who has no life or career. Because that's being polite?
