Nessie Black
"Hello?" His accent is nice. It reminds me of change. He is from England, so that really makes him different. Not at all like Jake would have sounded.
"Hey, it's me." I try to make my voice sound happy.
"Hey! What are you doing?" I can hear the smile on his lips. I wish I was that convincing.
"Yes." I say. It was hard to utter the words. Like it caused me phisical pain.
"What do you mean?" I can tell he is driving, because there are honks in the background.
"Yes." I say it again, knowing he'll catch on.
"Wait yes? You mean, your accepting my proposal?" He sounds excited, which means he is getting distracted. Not so great when your driving.
"Yeah, I um, I was thinking about it, and realized that there was nothing to think about to begin with."
"So you want to marry me?" Lot's more honks come from the speaker.
"Yes." I pause, "now please pay attention to the road." I mutter quietly that I would rather not loose my "Fiance, or husband" again.
"Let me make dinner reservations to celebrate. You can bring Micah too." He is so happy. I feel like it is almost unfair to cheat him out of real love.
"Alright," I finally say after my thoughts are lost. "call me when you have a time."
"Okay, I love you. Tell Micah I love him too."
"Love you too." I mutter. I hang up the phone and sit on the couch.
I lay my head in my hands and sob.
Jacob's POV
I am running, running as fast as I can towards our house. I need to tell her that I am alive. They were all gone by the time I was back, so I am sure they told her.
I stop and realize that I have no clothes. I look to my right and see an un occupied camp site. There has to be something there.
I rummage through the packs and find a pair to sweat pants. You can tell they are meant to keep you warm, which I don't need, but at least they're something.
Quickly I put them back on, and head towards the house again.
When I break through the trees I see the house, but it is not what I expect. There is nothing there. It is empty. The color is different too. It is now a light green, terrible for a house.
I turn back and head for the Cullen's house. Maybe she moved back with them, but why would she repaint the house?
I reach the Cullens house and see lights on. My spirits lift when I see this. It is sweet relief to know that someone is here.
I run up the porch stairs and reach out to bang on the door, but someone answers before I can, and it is not a cullen.
"Um, excuse me." The woman looks at me in a funny way, like she is almost scared of me. She glances down at my feet and back up.
"Is Nessie here?" I ask peering over her to look into the house.
"There is no one by the name of, Nessie here." She must have just noticed how muscular and tall I am because her jaw is nearly touching her chin.
"Who lives here?" I look down at her face and she takes a step back.
"My husband and I do."
I try to think of where they might be and come up with a good question in the process.
"Who sold you this house?" I try to hurry her along but she still seems a little shaken.
"We bought this house from a Doctor and Mrs. Cullen." I nearly jump up and down. Even the tinest bit of info makes me smile.
"Do you happen to have a phone I could use?" I look back at her and she is glaring at me suspiciously. Maybe I can reach Nessie on her cell.
"I don't have a phone." I try to be nice, but she rolls her eyes and walks back into the house. She comes back with a Blackberry in her hand. These things are as hard as hell to use, so it takes me a few secconds to dial the number.
Once I hear the dial tone my whole body starts feeling shaky.
There is no answer but the machiene still picks it up.
"Hey, sorry we couldn't answer the phone, but we'll be sure to get back to you. Say bye bye Micah. Bye!" My head punds as I listen to the message. She was talking to our son, who hasn't even been born yet.
The realization that I have missed a lot more than I though, smacks me right across the face.

Sleep came peacefully, almost immediatley. Usually i dreamed about things I learned or have seen but this day was.. different. I saw people I have never met.
They were in groups of two, all but one, but seemed unified in a way. The two in the middle looked older, carmel hair and blonde, to their left was a huge weight lifting dude, a curvy blonde at his side, the other side of the middle were short pixie like and a blonde man. He seemed to be the odd one out. The one that seemed to stand alone yet not alone had copper hair like a penny. They all looked different too, but all inhumanly beautiful. The only simularities were their gold eyes.
Never seen them, I would say maybe I would meet them but I cant ever see them Im blind and forever will be.
So who are they?
