Carlisle POV
I was sat reading in my study, out of boredom more than anything else. I think I had read this book about three times already. “Honey, you’re going to be late to work.” Esme smiled leaning against the door frame. I looked up at her putting the book down. “Thanks” I caught her waist kissing her softly on the lips before grabbing my bag and heading down the stairs. “I’ll see you later.” I called to everyone. Rose peeked her head around the door to wave. I chuckled when I saw the curlers in her hair. I started my Mercedes and pulled away from the house. There was a surprisingly light traffic load this morning. I got into work, grabbing my white coat and smiling at the other Doctors and Nurses as I passed. I walked into my little office and picked up my clipboard, even though I could remember everyone I had to see today.
Rosalie’s POV
As we got out of Edwards Volvo, I clutched to Emmett’s big strong arm. Giving the humans the sorta glare that said: “He’s mine. Were together so back off.” I got nice admiring looks from all the human males, including some of the teachers. We all went to the office to pick up our timetables. The lady behind the front desk blinked a couple of times before talking to us. “Can I help you?” She asked. Edward went to open his mouth but Alice beat him to it. “Were Dr. Cullen’s kids, were new here?” The lady flustered with some of the papers on her desk. “Of course” She pulled out a few handing them all the Edward, who handed them out to us. “Thank you.” Edward smiled, being careful not to show his teeth. We turned around and compared timetables. Emmett and Jasper and I were seniors while Alice and Edward played as fresh men. Well I had first lesson with Jasper and third lesson with Emmett. Alice and Edward had Gym together, lucky them, while I had Gym alone. Why was I always the one to be alone in Gym? I followed my brothers and sister out the door, waiting for the terrible day ahead.
Edward’s POV
We had been at Forks High School for a few weeks now, and people had finally left us alone and regarded us as weird, just like in all the other schools we attended. People were still scared to death of Emmett, couldn’t keep their eyes of Rosalie and thought Alice was cute but very weird. They didn’t know what she was capable of. They didn’t really know what to think of Jasper, just to keep clear. Gym was awful, but not that bad as I worked with Alice. She kept track of Jasper at all times. She didn’t want to pry into his business, but she was just looking out for him, as she loved him that much. We sat on this one particular table every lunch, talking so quite no humans had hope of hearing.
