K.Stew and R.Pattz Forced Apart in San Diego?

Is Rob Pattinson's off-camera romance with Kristen Stewart again being quashed by the Twilight studio suits at Summit?
First, there's no doubt the New Moon crew stole the Comic-Con show yesterday. Despite even Johnny Depp making a surprise appearance, he was still no match for R.Pattz and his awkward charm, not to mention the sexy Brit's real-life romantic interest, K.Stew.
There was some unexplained tension going on between Robsten yesterday, since the real-life couple was entirely separated behind the scenes. Kristen chose to hang with abtastic Taylor Lautner instead.
So what's the inside info on this whole love mess?
Seems we here at the A.T. fell into the exact trap the studio suits were trying to set up.
"Right now, it's all about Taylor and Kristen," relayed an inside source involved in the selling of the whole Twilight movie phenomenon.
"People are pushing them together in the media and behind the scenes because the studio knows the whole world is watching all the time," dishes Deep Twi. "Rob and Kristen? No."
Now, for any of you who don't believe in the old-fashioned art of reading and who haven't paged through the Twilight books, the next movie is almost entirely centered on Kristen's and Taylor's characters. Taylor even beefed up his bod, big-time, for the R.Pattz-threatening task at hand.

"Rob's physically almost never in the movie! The relationship between [Taylor and Kristen] is a huge part of the sequel, so fans need to get used to seeing them together. Not Kristen and Rob. That's the way it's going to be."
Well played, Summit. Or not?
Studly Lautner and K.Stew were even paired together for all the round-table interviews. Where we were wandering around yesterday, other press peeps were sure to be, too. Hence, why the big no-no on Robsten interactions. Company directed, by the by.
Even when they were all doing interviews off-site at their hotel, the Hard Rock, things were a bit more relaxed. Check out this Entertainment Weekly clip. Don't you all just love when K starts to poke fun at her boy halfway through?
Despite yesterday being a bit more regulated than we would have preferred, we don't think it's that big of a deal. Why? These kids are professionals first. And they're all damn good actors, don't forget. Let's let them do their pro thing the best they can. Still doesn't mean we aren't keeping an eye on Robsten (which very much still exists).
Oh, and Rob will be jetting back off to New York, by the way. Hopefully he gets some lovin' in before then. Or maybe he already has.

mandapanda Summit does tell what they can and can't do. Taylor was told to sit between Rob and Kristen. But as we all [b][i]should[/b][/i] know, Kristen and Rob aren't a real life couple. And since they have neither confirmed nor denied that they are involved, we should not assume. To be completely honest, putting Taylor in the middle just stirred the speculation even more. It's like they have something to hide. And from the question that Access Hollywood Interview: The interviewer asked about Kristen's standing position, and that even though she was in the middle, she was leaning towards Rob... All those type of questions and their analyzing her position, makes it all the worse. If people want to know the truth, everyone should lay off. I mean, I'm a huge Rob + Kristen fan, but I'm not dillusional and [i]swoon[/i] everytime Kristen and Rob touch. I think it's cute, but it doesn't mean they're dating. I admit, something suspicious is going on behind the scenes. Alot of flirtation and other stuff, but I'm not assuming anything. But, I think that if all the press and media stop trying to get an answer out of them, maybe they'll come out and say yes or no eventually. Bella is the [b]main[/b] focus of the book. It's her book and her story to tell. Jacob is included in the book because Bella is using him and trying to cope with him and his "warmth". But Edward's presence is felt throughout New Moon because literally, [i]everything[/i] reminds her of him. So, Ted's analysis and summary of New Moon= utter FAIL. That's not true. It isn't Bella and Jacob's book. It's hers, and her story about trying to cope with Edward's absense. Jacob just so happens to be in the book more. And this comment wasn't meant for you Hellohoudini. :)

NikkiC19 I have to agree with you mandapanda whole-heartedly. Robert and Kristen are bound by a contract to keep a professional relationship (in the public eye) for filming purposes . However, if they're dating in real life...who cares. We're not living the life that they are at the moment. Always under the microscope of the media. Everyone should just back off and give them some space. They're really good friends and that's really awesome. Meanwhile, even though that being said, Summit shouldn't pull attention to that either. Separating the two only made them look suspicious. Summmit should just let things be because in the end everyone on the cast isn't going to be getting along. Putting Taylor in between a situation (if there is one) is not a smart idea. Furthermore, New Moon is actually just about a broken Bella holding on to Edward (who she thinks doesn't love her anymore, because it never made sense). Jacob is just her childhood best friend who fills that void. And let's not forget probably over half the things Bella does is to trigger memories of her beloved. He's always there in some way.

mandapanda ^^They aren't bound. But Summit does everything they can control their lives it seems. Summit is pretty controlling when it comes to Kristen and Rob, but then again, which studio company isn't "strict" like that?
