The honeymoon
Edward's POV
I'm the happiest man or should I say vampire in the world, Today Bella and I exchanged our vows in a beautiful ceremony, everything went according to plan. From the first dance through to the cutting of the cake (which I have to say I manfully swallowed ugh human food) and finally the removal of the garter with my teeth(much to the embarrassment of my wife, I'll never get enough of saying "my wife").
It was our final dance together, when I had the most powerful urge to bend down and kiss her exquisite lips, there was more emotion than usual and I started as I always did soft and gentle but that soon changed as she pulled herself closer to me, moulding her beautiful body around mine, that the kiss intensified I didn't want to let her go, I wanted to claim her right here on the dance floor in front of everybody.
Fortunately Alice interrupted and took my Bella away from me so she could get ready for the honeymoon. (How can somebody so small be so irritating?)I had seen the hunger in my eyes mirrored in Bella's own, she was just as eager as she reached up and kissed me again, before Alice had to pull her away, (that's my Bella so human) I had to chuckle as I watched her wistful look as Alice dragged her away.
In no time Bella was back looking stunning in her blue ensemble that no doubt Alice had chosen, with her long brown hair hanging untamed and a searing look upon her face, (oh yes she was as eager as I).
Alice had adorned the car with designer shoes and some of the flowers that were used as our wedding canopy. I opened the car door for Bella helping her be seated. I went to my side waving goodbye to my family as we embarked on our journey and drove away towards our future.
"We're not far now,love", "See, look over there" as I pointed to the little Island. "Where are we Edward?" Bella asked "Isle Esme" was my reply.
As I heard her pulse quicken, "Carlisle bought it for Esme and they thought it would be a good place for a honeymoon so they lent it to us",I said as I pulled into the dock.
As soon as I had moored the yacht I reached down to grab the luggage placing them on the landing, then turned around to give Bella my hand to help her up, but decided to lift her and carry her to the house instead (it is in my job description after all, that and I just wanted to feel her warm body pressed against mine).I reached back with my free arm and wheeled the luggage behind me, fighting the urge to grab her face and kiss her. I had to patient this was new to both of us and I had to take it slowly for both of our sakes.
When we finally reached the house I opened the door and carried my prize over the threshold, never letting her down as I carried her through the house to what would be our haven for the next few weeks, I had no idea how daunting this would be until we reached the bedroom, which was when I started to get nervous, as I set her onto the bed I had a thought, maybe we could go for a midnight swim first (I needed to calm myself down and I'm sure Bella needed some time too)
so I suggested it and she seemed grateful. I went out the door stripping off my shirt as I was going towards the beach "Don't keep me waiting to long Mrs Cullen".
Just when I was about to go looking for her she came towards me beautiful in all her naked glory, her skin so pale in the moonlight wading through the gentle surf to my side, when she wrapped her arms around me bringing us closer until our bodies were pressed together, I felt complete as I bent down to kiss her awaiting mouth, dragging her out to deeper water........
After our swim I lifted her up and carried her to the bedroom and laid her down upon the covers, kissing down her body as we went, the feel of her soft gentle skin against my lips was almost enough to break me, how I had waited for this time,to feel her body sing for me as I placed my lips upon her luscious womanly curves, kissing her gently. I heard her sigh my name as I continued my exploration of her exquisite body, my hands gently stroking her pliant flesh such beauty should be illegal.
I could feel the hunger coming, no the need to possess her fully, to feel her warmth surround me never to release me again.
I slowly started to move up her body kissing and caressing as I went, I didn't want to leave any part of her body unexplored, free from my many ministrations as my hands reached up to caress her waist, hips, up along her abdomen till they reached her womanly curves and gently cupped each with both my hands, my mouth hungry for hers as I placed my lips upon them, breathing in her scent, if there was such a thing as heaven I would be there right now.
Bella reached for me and pulled me closer, if that was even possible, I lifted my mouth from hers and gazed into her beautiful brown eyes, her hunger was as evident as mine. Wanting to become one with each other she placed her legs around me willing me to make our connection complete, her sighs of pleasure urging me on.
Hesitating for a moment I told her "If I hurt you in anyway please tell me, I don't want you to suffer" she kissed me in reply and said "I love you and this is right, don't be afraid I'm not, I trust you". As I took possession of her mouth with mine I moved slowly towards our goal and until we were one, her warmth wrapped around me, we fit together like two puzzle pieces, she was right, we do belong together fire and ice. Slowly I started gently rocking, her body responding to each movement as my passion increased. I moved inside her harder, faster, her sighing urging me on to reach our climax, her answering body singing to mine as mine sung to hers, I took my lips off hers and started to kiss her neck, she tasted exquisite, just a little nibble I thought as I continued my ministrations within her feeling her pulse increase with every single thrust, the need to bite was almost overpowering as I held onto her tighter not wanting to hurt her, but wanting to continue,my mouth watering getting closer and closer to her throat her blood calling to me, then I felt it, the pleasure overpowering me, the need to complete, it felt like the sun bursting through, all I could see was her my Bella, the look on her face matched the way I was feeling when we reached our climax together, my mouth clamped down on the pillow having the need to bite but knowing I couldn't hurt her, as she called my name in response to her own climax.
I collapsed upon her holding her gently in my arms and kissing her softly, I was home. For the first time I felt satisfied, truly loved and the happiest I had ever felt in my entire existence, she was mine and I was hers, both being branded never to be apart again.
