This is gonna be a little long cause I'm not uploading chaps till Thursday!
Emmett's POV.
Nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. No fight between the Pikachu and Controller. Just a little laugh from Edward after disclosing my secret pet names for both of them. He of course, had agreed with the names. The hour never seemed to pass. I knew that no one would be hopping and jumping and screaming that they are up for a fight but also I didn't expect that they would be as boring as staring a rock. As I had nothing to work on and because of my easily bored nature I decided to recall the last 2 days. Was there something I was missing? Something that was right in front of my eyes and I was too blinded by anger and frustration to notice it? All these questions swarmed in my head like bees near a comb. Thinking about my family members I realized that it must be as tough for Carlisle and Esme as it was for me. They knew Rose much before I did and possibly much more than I do. I could clearly see that no other girl could take place of her as their daughter. It was written all over their faces. Alice and Jasper were serious and they understood the pain but they wouldn't feel the same way as we did. They just showed sympathy, which I feel, was entirely for Esme. She was in a very poor condition. She had asked Carlisle if she could go with them for the fight but obviously was disappointed. There was no way he would risk another 'fragile' member of the family. However, Edward was the one who acted the most uncomfortable and restless. He would be all It's - gonna - work - out- type on my face but I knew much better and could read his eyes which said something different altogether. I had tried to block my thoughts from him and was successful as I didn't want him worrying any more than he did already. Immortality plays such wicked jokes. Ah -------- BRECK!
I had completely forgotten about him. This was what I had missed. Will I have enough courage to tell her the truth. The complete TRUTH, which even my family didn't know. I tried to imagine her reaction after learning my DARK SIDE....SECRET. It is not the end one would really wanna see. I know I am not ready for any more drama. Everything will be normal soon, I satisfied myself with that thought. I sighed..umm...a little too loudly. "Are you okay, sweetie? " Esme asked, looking lifeless herself. " All good " I mumbled. Carlisle came in and looked at everyone....and he started LAUGHING.
"What is so funny Carlisle ? " "hAHHAhahahaA" was all I got in response. Is he losing it? I questioned his sanity but noticed him pointing towards the staircase. My eyes went to the top of the stai-----hahahaahha...Uhhaaheehaaa. Totally unbelievable. I should've taken Pikachu a little more seriously.Jasper stood there still as a stone and dressed in the same armoured dress that Alice had shown him before. This vamp was crazy. That I was sure of. He was very embarrassed and I could almost see the faint pink colour in his cheeks. Alice is definitely my sister..long lost twin maybe. And if it was that case then our mother had dropped us a lot. Probably hit in the head a few times. Jasper walked down the stairs, his expression absolutely priceless. Love was torture and I believe that Jasper is a living proof. I had gained a little control on myself when suddenly Edward appeared out of the thin air. Right place at the right time. I thought. He had looked worned out but shot me a Dude-I-DON'T-GET-YOU look after reading my thought. He then turned around and , if it was even possible, I laughed louder than I did before. Edwards eyes came out of their respective places and I could imagine them dancing on his palm."HAshahahahahhaaa..heehe" He burst out loud too, despite his ill mood. I wouldn't miss this. Carlisle had not stopped till now and I could've easily been termed as crazy or well...mentally disturbed and I wouldn't even know. It was Alice who shouted and gained our attention. "Ugh!! What is it with you Cullens ? You guys are dressed like you are going for a morning walk." Can anyone be so blinded, I grinned at her. "Shut up" Edward spoke so softly that even I heard it faintly. The situation is turning in another direction. I immediately stopped grinning, noticing her rare outrage. One...she is just as clueless as I am when I do something funny.WoW! So many similarities." Enough with the fun part children....we're going for something important and complicated." She scolded us. We stood there not moving. I will forever owe Alice for lightening the mood..I registered in my mind.I hadn't noticed Esme between the little scene but it looked like it wasn't funny for her.
Edward's POV.
There was a weird ache in my heart but I could not exactly figure out why...so I just let it be.
Emmett's POV.
We started moving out of the house after praying for each others lives.Edward stood in the corner talking to himself. He looked terrified.He is either overreacting or I am taking this too lightly. "Hey Eddie! If you are not okay then please stay here with Esme. We'll be just fine. Do what you feel like but please don't lose yourself." I spoke concerned. "SHeesh Emmett--- You sound like a girl. " He commented. Well...brotherhood in it's best form. It seemed less than an hour when we reached the target place. We had planned out our moves during the ride...taking in our surroundings.The cave was across the river. It was pure bliss to watch the blue waters quarrel with the bank for space and the reflection of the sky in it. Beautiful and magnificent, yet dangerous.Everything seemed double - faced to me for the past two days.Side - effects of lost love. We positioned ourselves at the places assigned.We could smell 6 vampires.....hmm...This will be a hell of a fight.One of the beast came out and looked around. He has sensed us, I mentally spoke with Edward. He had bent like a lion and gave me a small,quick nod before launching himself on him. We wanted to deal with them one by one...but when did luck give us way. Edward was juggling with the vamp when he screamed, gaining the attention of the ones sitting inside the caves. Edward locked his arms around his neck and gave it a little twist. His head detached from the body. Alice sprang up and lighted the body. But it was too late....two other vamps came out.I tackled with the one who appeared more bulky and signaled Carlisle to go for the second one. They were handed effortlessly because Jasper had put all his strength to make the enemies feel tired and weak. Good that we had these allies. It would've been much more tough without them in the picture...also I found out that it was practically impossible for him to fight wearing that stupid thing.Still he was of great help. The 3 vamps inside came out when I finished my prey. "You son of a bitch--" I shouted and went for 2 of them. That was my first mistake. I tried to escape their accurate shots but failed. I was more like a wild animal and less of a disciplined fighter.Well...that was me. The second man launched himself on me while I pinned the first one to a tree. He literally climbed on me and bit my shoulder.I punched the first vamps face hard to express my agony. "Ahh!" I groaned.It hurt badly. I was certain that the first was no more but the second one was very stubborn. He bit me again and this time on my arm."Hell! YOu fucker!!" I shouted. "Fight like a man..you scumbag!" was all I could get out from my lips. The third vampire had apparently wanted competition and went for me...my vision started to blur and I couldn't remember the rest!
So how is it? hahahah! cliff hangers..i ♥ them.Review plss... :D Next chapter is also long and I was literally in tears when I wrote it down. Whether the tears are of joy or of pain...that is left to be discovered. :*

It was confirmed today, that Carter Burwell will NOT be composing the score for New Moon. Alexander Desplat is composing in Carter's place. This raises the question, will Chris Weitz and Alexander Desplat use the lullaby Carter composed?
In my personal opinion, I really think it's better if they keep the same lullaby. Alot of fans may disagree. And I agree to an extent, it did not sound like a lullaby. But, during the lullaby scene when they were in the trees, there was a piano melody solo. If they kept that melody, but expanded it or made it more complex, it would sound more like a lullaby. And they could keep the continuity.
