Jacob pulled up to my grandparents’ house and the doors flew open. “JACOB BLACK YOU ARE IS SO MUCH TRUBLE.” I heard my mother yelling… not screaming at him. Wait shouldn’t my dad be doing that “Bella. Bella calm down.” My mom just kept going. Jacob picked me up out of the car and gave me to Uncle Emmett. “JACOB BLACK…” “ISABELLA, you need to calm down Jacob did nothing. Ok?” I heard them walking back into the house. “How do you know?” “Bella I can here what’s going on in his head. He rethought every thing that happened and it just came out of know were at all. So you need to sit down and calm your butt down because if you want to go up stairs with your daughter you need to calm down.” I was freezing and I couldn’t stand it. “Uncle Emmett I need to be with Jacob.” He walked over to Jacob cradling me and set me down on his lap. I burrowed my body as best as I could in to Jacobs’s chest as he wrapped his arms around me. “Ok you can bring Nessie up here, I’m ready.” Jacob walked up the stairs and into my Grandpa’s own little emergency room with my mother right behind him. Jacob set me down on the bed and held my hand. “How has she been?” Grandpa asked sitting down next to me. I looked around the room for my mom and then I found her leaning up against the wall. “I’m right here honey.” She whispered to me. “Well a half and hour after she took the pain killers she was able to walk but a little shaky and she seemed really tiered but I’m not sure if its because of the pain killers or the fact that we barely got any sleep or if its because of what ever is going on with her., though ever since we got onto the plane she’s been complaining about being cold.” Jacob sound scared, more scared then I’ve ever heard him in my life. “Ok I’m going to take some test.” “Like what?” I asked not really scared but more curious to know what his theories are. “Well probably a couple of blood test, some simpler test like asking you questions, and if your this is just like what happened to you mom and dad I’m going to take and ultrasound just in case.” I was fine with every thing but the ultrasound was something I didn’t really think about. Could the pains be because I was pregnant, I wasn’t ever sure I was able to do that or not. Considering I’m half human half vampire the odds seem fifty – fifty. Right?
“OK I’m just going to ask questions know? What have you had to eat as in from your vampire sided?” “Well I found to Jaguars and they filled me up pretty quickly…” I didn’t have time to finish. “Hold on honey.” Grandpa got up and in less then a second he was at his computer. I looked around and then looked back at him his face was terrified like he just found out the world was coming to an end. “What’s wrong?” he walked over to me slowly and sat down and took my hand into his. “Honey…” he just stopped. “What please just tell me I can handle it.” I sat there looking at him then he finally lifted his head. “Since your half vampire half human you have a half and half chance at this happening. That jaguars blood had a disease running threw his veins I’m not sure which one but one of them did. Know that animal was going to dye even if you didn’t kill it for your help. But if you were all human you wouldn’t live at all but you might have a chance.” I just sat there in silence. I turned to Jacob he was terrified of loosing me ever since I was born… well ever since he imprinted on me. I’m a fighter like my dad and like my mom, I’m going to live I just know it. Wait but what if I don’t Jacob said that if he ever lost me he would kill him self just to be with me. I thought to my self I turned around to face Jacob again. “Jacob listen to me if I don’t make it threw this you can’t do anything to yourself. Do you understand?” He nodded. We went downstairs and told every one. They didn’t say any thing they were into much of shock. Though Uncle Emmett told me that I was a fighter just like my parents and I’m a fighter all myself.
