I think that it is because of edward and his sexy charm...he is not like any guy in the world! He is vampire and because of how clumsy bella is and because edward is always trying to protect bella...have you ever read the books...hello, newsflash...he knows how to use his words is all I have to say!! I have had numerous dreams of edward before...I still do!!

i'm so much agree with you!i think bella and edward so sweet together.i've read the novel and i did highlight the sweetest sentence in it!
I honestly can't think of a good answer at all for this question...I'm not even sure what it is I like about the books anymore...But what a delicious picture. ;)
look at those eyes and that nose and his jaw line. It is soooo hot!! That is probably the face that edward is making when the family votes bella to be immortal...poor baby...if anyone knows him, tell him to call katie if he needs a shoulder to cry on...poor vamp!!
It's Edward. He really is the most perfect guy in the world. So perfect that he can't be human!
Really, he's gorgeous, he loves Bella to the extreme, he's polite, he's a gentleman. The only negative characteristics he has is poor self-esteem (which attracts us like a city made entirely of chocolate) and cutting himself short (another trait which gets us).
Oh and on the side, he sparkles, he's super strong, super fast and can read minds! I mean come on!!
The fact that it is about vampires! I have been obsessed with vampires for my whole life. They are absoloutely amazing creatures. And when Stephenie Meyer, the absoloute angel, brought out her series of books, I could not wait to get my hands on it!!
I immediatly fell in love with it.

I got to say, Stephenie Meyer is an amazing writer. Although the plot is a bit clichéd, she puts her own special touch to it that just makes it great!! Plus, all the vampires are freaking sexy!!!
*sigh* what makes ME obsessed with twilight? First of all i think it is that both Bella and Edward are so new to the sensations and feelings that a person gets when you fall in love, and it is a unique love that can not be compared to no other because they both recognize that she doesnt care what happens to her even though she is in danger at edwards side and he is struggling so viciously to ignore his senses and put forth that the only thing that matters is her. The fact that there is this peculiar attraction and that there is this barrier that prohibits them from expressing their love at the fullest seems so sweet and romantic to know that despite all of this they are there for each other. Another thing is that they both know that their love is inconditional, bella would die for edward, and edward would leave bella (new moon) despite of the pain he is going through. Also something that attracts me deeply to twilight is that they are experiencing a first in everything, ok maybe edward already ran super fast but not with bella on his back, or bella who never liked lies but she did them for him...they started seeing things from a different perspective and it got to the point that when they were together time was consumed and none of it mattered. Both changed because of each other and it became irreversible beyond cure.
p.s. edward is a total hottie.

well the lOve stOry is magical and the Cullens are like a dream they are perfect and Edward awwwwww he is so cute and you dont find a guy like him this days
Wow that was so perfectly put sinai114! I feel exactly the same way. Whenever someone asks me why I love Twilight I have trouble explaining what exactly it is.
Its because i love mythical creatures including Vampires, Elves, etc.
Twilight Saga gives us a new perspective of what vampires may be, it changed the way we see vampires, the way we think. It's refreshing!
I love the fact of the story is between a human and a vampire.
This is kind of a "Refreshing light" vampire story...
I just love it!
First the fact that it was a story about vampires who werent 'evil'..then it was the 'love is knows no bounds'..and then it was how emenies came together for the sake of one little girl and her family...omg it made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me angry and in the end it made me feel peaceful....there are not many series out there that can claim hitting all those emotions. Some say Stephenie Meyer is not a good writer and to them I say..."wow it must suck going thru life as an absolute stone with no emotions or feelings" :)
