Well... there are women in the world who face haemophobia(blood phobia) and still live normally. It's probably a little bit difficult for people facing blood phobia but they manage to cope with it anyway. I don't think it's such a big deal.

Erm. What do you mean by 'natily', may I ask? And this is gonna sound gross... Bella would definitely have menstruation when she was human. Or else how did she get pregnant in BD?
um actually...in the last book it ays how she misses her period, thats how she notices shes pregnant. also, in answer to the question: i get the same, but i can handle my period becasue i am so used to it by now :)
