When was Bella's last human birthday?

I'm trying to find out if the birthday party that Alice threw for Bella in New Moon was her last birthday as a human.

yes her 18th party where jasper attacks her is her last human bday. though in breaking dawn alice throws her a 19th, 3 days after her traformation but obviously shes not human

Yes her birthday in New Moon was her last human birthday. As her birthday in New Moon was her 18th. In Breaking Dawn, 3 or so days after her transformation to vampire, Alice suprises her by celebrating her 19th Birthday. Bella insists it does not count as she is permanatly 18 forever.
