If it was someone I coud see over the internet, like Taylor Launter, or Rob Patz, I would stop looking them up, or try.
Make a target for myself to stay off the internet for a week (u wont b able to see them.)
And don't think about them either, as best you can.
Not use or look at anything with their pictures on it like Dvd's, so put them in a drawer or something.
I would not buy the magazines with them in it.
And I would think of all theirs cons, such as (dnt be rude bout this) but for exapmle, Rob is kinda a Womanizer, he has had tons of gf's and he hates people who cry. So that takes me off that list right away :P
And I think of how it annoys people, seriously, my mate is obsessed with David (Lupin) atm and it bugs me and she knows it so she doesn't talk about him and obsession is not healthy: so try and get a new thing, like shoes or something silly like that, anything to take your mind off of them. Even if that means doing a lot of chores so your too busy to even think about them
If ur not talking about someone famous, then just dont talk to them and keep away from them as best as you can.
That's really all I can think of on the spot :P
