What do you think edward would have done if jacob did imprint on Bella??

making jacob die would be bad for bella and killing them both would be bad for edward.
and killing bella would be bad for edward and jake and killing himself would be bad for bella therefore bad for jacob because he would want to have sex and she would be to sad. also bella would never be a vampire and jake doesn't age so she would die first making jake sad. confusing i know!

I don't think he'd do anything, because he knows about the Werewolf history,He knows what imprinting and all that good stuff is.
Plus Bella wouldn't be very happy if he did Harm Jake, so he wouldn't=)

Edward is the better "person" he wants what ever is best for bella even if it mean giving her up!!! He wouldn't want to see her hurt so he proerly not rip im up or kill him (Even though he proberly really wants to!!!).

So, I think that Edward won't be killing ANYONE, he's just not that type of person... And from there there are two options - either he goes on with his life or he goes to Volterra...

I think it would be a mixture of the two... He would continue living, until Bella is alive... I think that this makes sense because in New Moon Edward and Bella were separated and he didn't go to the Volturi until Rosalie told him that Bella is dead, so why would he now...
