Would bella be jealous if she was still human and jake imprinted nessie?

In Eclips bella admit she loves jake too. What if bella stayed human and still got nessie, and jake imprinted on nessie,
Would bella be jealous of that imprinting thing because she still loves jake and he still loves her?
