Twilight Series Question

Has anyone stopped liking twilight as much because of the obsession some have?

i know in my eyes, it has decreased in popularity. it's okay to like maybe even love, but to be obsessed (as in shunning away your family, thinking all this crap is real) i mean it's my opinion but it's horrible. Anyone else feel this way?

Well..she was my cousin, which is even worse. I despise it when people think all of this is okay to BELIEVE in. i mean....come on!

Personally, i dont like Twilight as much as I did when it first came out but i do still like it.

thanks to both of you. unfortunatly, one of my family members became this way and i lost her completly in this winding world. it's hurting people's minds and making people believe that this fariy tale world is true.

Yeah i agree. When i first heard of twilight it had just come out as a movie and everyone thought it woz bril so i watched it but didnt like it that much. Somehow one of my friends somehow managed to talk me into reading the books. There great and all but... Ill just leave it there

I know what you mean as well. I read the books and I've seen the two movies so far but seriously EDWARD IS A FICTIONAL CHARACTER and no, no one has a chance with Robert Pattinson except for moviestars and crap like that lol.

The stupid fangirls have really put me off a great series like this one.

Yes definitely. I love Twilight, don't get me wrong, but some people take it to extremes and have now given the rest of us a bad name. If you mention to anyone that you like Twilight, they automatically think you're some obsessed little girl who wants to be vampire and thinks it's all real. Some people just take it too far.
