I think Renesmee would have died...as a vampire Bella's body would have become hard as stone...Renesmee wouldnt have been able to be born and the human half her would have died from lack of space and lack of air....great question....
I think that it would kill renesmee because when bella was human there barley was any room in her stomach let alone if she was a vampire and was that skinny!!
If Bella was turned while Renesmee was still inside her, that Renesmee would have beeon ok. Cause she already was half human and half Vampire, so either she may have been a full Vampire which is less likely i think, or she would have been the same...
Remember in Eclipse when Jasper got bit tyring to make sure Alice had nothing to do against the Newborns? Well, like i said he got bit and nothing happened to him, it just stung him a little.

Hmmm maybe but she would have still been half human because Bella was human when Renesmee was conceived...maybe she would have been a superhybrid vampire like Blade... :)
lmao. its possible or in E/B's world probable and then the Voltuir would have still come, omg I just realised that would have made a good stroy too!!! :P but either way I still think Renesmee would have been fine.
Blade would have wiped out the Volturi....omg...and then he would have fallen in love with Leah and they would have had a half vamp/half wolf son who would then fallen for Selena of Underworld which would have started yet another war with Milchael and the Lycans..which would have caught the interest of Louie and Lestat...drama drama drama!!
i agree that renesmee would have probably died, although if edward was just as keen on saving her as he did bella just before bella had died, then i think there would be a chance of her surviving inside of bella, she would just need a lot more blood to survive.
We don't know much about Renesmee's biological structure. Gotta ask Carlisle about it :) I'm sure he would wanna make some tests to know more about her :)
duhhh...the only reason rosalie couldn't have children was because her body couldn't change soooooo if bella was changed in to a vampire renesme would have died, whether she was a vampire or human!!!!!!
