CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? IM WONDERING HOW TO CREATE A FAN SPOT. :)

if you go to the fanpop home page and scroll down to the bottom you will se on the right hand side it says browse fan spots (or something like that) next to it there is a create fan spot button- click that and it will tell you what to do :)
