Do think Edward was more understanding in the books?

hmm im not sure if hes more understanding.
He is definalty has more fun with bella in the books- teasing her and his wee sarcastic comments. I prefer edward in the book. Dont get me wrong though, i think rob does a fantastic job protraying him- i think the screen writer could make him more fun!

I'm not sure about him being more understanding but he is more relaxed in the books... he's more Edward if you know what I mean. He can have more of a laugh... which I honestly can't remember him doing in the films.

i kinda get what u mean :) im the book he is more fun but in the film he's kinda moody all the time, i think the script writters are trying to get more people team jacob, hes not such an ass in the films.
