Twilight Series Question

Hmm. think ive heard this somewhere before. *wink**wink*

ok, so alot of you have probably already heard of the new movie daybreakers with Ethan Hawke. and if you havent, its a movie where by the year 2019, most of the worlds population are vampires and the remaining humans are hunted and farmed for blood. now i mean i REALLY REALLY want to see this movie, it looks awesome. but something caught my eye. Ethan Hawke plays EDWARD Dalton. a researcher. and get this, he doesn't touch HUMAN blood. now where have i heard that before? i mean im not trying to bag on the movie, i still want to see it very bad. and the directors were planning this thing before the twilight books came out. but still. its just all very strange and funny to me how this all works out. what do you think?

OH MY GOD, HIS NAME IS EDWARD?!

That means nothing, kids. Edward is a common name. Just because someone has a name that you can link to Twilight, doesn't mean it actually has anything to do with it.

OMG, did you ALSO know that there was a drama/mystery TV series called "Pushing TWILIGHT" that was cancelled after 7 episodes in 2008, and that one of the characters was named JACOB Wright?! That must mean that *checks IMDB again* Daniel Robaire is going to be involved in a future Twilight movie, and that "Pushing Twilight" OBVIOUSLY copied Twilight in some form.

Come on people. Yes, there is a vampire craze right now, but the only people trying to copy Twilight is The Vampire Diaries. The End.

There are a lot of simular things out there. Coinsidences happen. There are a lot of stories where you could find some simulatiry, like some dad named Charlie or something, but that doesn't mean that everything copied Twilight. That's like saying, "The Twilight zone stole Twilight's name!". I'm sure there are and will be people who copy Twilight, but mostly it's not.

Now... i think... just think... that there could be the slightest possibility of a pattern here... just maybe.
Everything is kinda a rip off isnt it?
But big whoop. As long as its a good movie and it isnt the exact same who cares? but i do wish they would stop making everything so similar.
LET ME KNOW IF IT'S A GOOD FILM... THAT WAY I DONT NEED TO FIND OUT THE HARD WAY!!!
