I don't know what you mean by drama. But I'm just going to give my opinion about the Twilight Series because I can relate to what you are feeling. :)

As a Twifan myself, I've read the books numerous of times. I admit that I enjoyed rereading them. It gave me a 'real good' feeling. :)

But after some time, I read it with a different perspective and I saw through its flaws. I find it hard to explain. I'll compare the Twilight books to a Hershey bar if you don't mind. You know that kind of feeling when you first bite into your first Hershey bar? Yeap. The sugary sweet, delicious, yummy taste of it... The chocolate coating. It's just like Twilight. It gave me that happy, 'sugary' feeling. =P But if you keep on eating Hershey bars, bar after bar, you'll get tired of it and you'll be more aware that Hershey bars are not good for consumption when you eat too much of it. (Think diabetes, kidney diseases, cardio problems, etc. )

That was how I felt about Twilight, I got more annoyed with some of the characters as I read through the books. I saw the plot holes and illogical side of it. Rereading the books gave me a different view of the characters and the books themselves, compared to when I first read the books. I got tired of how Bella seemed to cling on to Edward as if life could never exist without Edward. I wished she had more 'spunk' in her. I got tired of how S. Meyer kept describing how beautiful Edward was (Think ocher eyes, pale, white skin, Adonis-like, etc.) "... but the book to me is starting to sound weird." Yeap, that was how I felt too.

Rereading the books definitely gave me a new perspective of Twilight. I feel that there are many other books out there that deserve the hype that the Twilight Series is getting. I'm quite sure that I will still be going to watch the movies just for guilty pleasure. I did enjoy the New Moon movie very much.

To me, Twilight definitely has its flaws, yes. So if you're starting to think that the books sound weird, I would suggest that you venture out and read other books. Twilight isn't the only book in the world. I might as well discover and read other books than to be stuck reading the Twilight Series again and again. =)
