I think that New Moon will be a better movie than Twilight. I have a feeling that it might be. I love Twilight more as a book but movie wise I think it will be.
You can see the improvements that Chris Weitz is making. He asked for the fans / fansites opinions on what things he needed to get right or come close to. You can definitely see the hard work he has been putting into the movie which comes across when your reading the lastest news and watching interviews. It's really exciting. I cant wait for New Moon!!! Ahhhhh....

i agree...and i dont think Weitz wants new moon to be worse..that would be very BAD..considering that twilight was not good...in my opinion...but i have faith in weitz and i think hes going to make the movie much better..now if we can only get rid of the screen writer melissa rosenberg
It all depends on certain things. For starters if you like New Moon and what "team" you are on. I'm all Swizz so this is an overall idea. I saw many trailers and behind the scenes. Directors and editors have made scenes more intense and interesting or just made the trailers interesting. But I've done research from at least 5 websites and I am positive that it will be promising though I am unsure it will completely live up to the Twilight Movie's expectations
Twilight was good, although we do have to admit that it the movie was slow at beginning, but we have to understand that it always isnt easy to transform words into a film especially if it is the first book. Twilight the movie was an introduction and personally it was awesome because we got to meet the intensity of bella and edward's relationship. New Moon will be so much better because it isn't as much about romance it is about pain and more action packed. I can't wait to see what the new director brings to the movie especially knowing that if it goes bad, he will suffer!!!!!! all twilight fans will go on a wild frenzy!! Besides they have a reasonable amount of difference in the New Moon budget compared to Twilight. Besides we WILL see more edward than we were hoping for.

I have faith that Chris Weitz will do fans a huge favor with the direction of New Moon. Based on trailers and websites...I'm certain New Moon will be fantastic. He's working really hard to keep the book intact and make the film a success. He has the fans giving advice. The cast members are pulling the emotions felt by the characters in the book and bringing it to the big screen. I'm overly positive it will progress the Twilight saga into a new zeitgeist.

do you mind me asking but, what trailers? They haven't even finished filming
I think it'll better for these reasons:
1)The budget is bigger.
2)He has experience in the CGI department
3)He asked the fans what they wanted to see.
Catherine did fine with Twilight. Did I think the movie should have had more sensuality? yes, because that's Twilight. You see alot of what they can not do. And that is give in to passion. I wish that was portrayed more. The rest of the movie was fine. Anyways, New Moon will be good. If they film all the right scenes.. the movie will be pretty dang good. Better than Twilight I will admit. Can't wait til Nov. <3
Plus, even though they are staying really close to the book, they are trying to put Edward in there. Don't know how they are going to do that. I have an idea, but I won't say because I don't want to start rumors. Anyways, I know they are staying close to the book, and I know we'll be pleased with the movie. :D

new moon will definity be awesome. i can't wait for it to come out. 11-21-09!!!! but i do think new moon will better because they'll have better graphics and more action and better make-up. yay!
