Do you think Bella is fit to be a mother?

I see where you're coming from because, yes, she's clumsy and that. The thought never really crossed my mind but I think when Renesmee was born and that she made an amazing Mum to her. You could tell she'd be a good Mum anyway because she always cared for Renee. She always said that she was the Mother with Renee and then Renee was always the child. So from that you could sort of tell she'd be a good Mum because she was always thought as by her Mother that she was really grown up and mother-like.
So, yes, I think she makes a great Mum! and I did think of her as one. ^_^

Not yet, i think she is too inlove with Edward to be a mother right now :)

Ever since I started reading the Twilight series, I thought Bella was an unbelievably wonderful mother. And here's 3 reasons why;

1) She does NOT put herself in front of her daughter.

Renesmee becomes one of the most important things in Bella's life. When she was pregnant with her child, Bella didn't give a damn about how much physical strain she was under. She was either positive that she'd survive or didn't care whether she survived the pregnancy, as long as the baby was saved. Bella even went to the person she was most afraid of, Rosalie, just so Renesmee could live.
Some people say Bella is selfish when it comes to the people she loves. Well, I see none of that here. :)

2) Her unconditional love.

Bella loves Renesmee, protects Renesmee, drank countless cups of blood for Renesmee when still human etc.
I don't think I need to place a lot of examples as to how much Bella loves her daughter.

3) Bella would protect Renesmee from anything in the world.


She was determined to tear the Volturi apart for posing a threat as her daughter.

Bella even went against Edward's wishes so her child could survive (when he wanted an abortion after discovering she was pregnant and Bella absolutely defied him).


Those are my reasons as to why Bella is an excellent mother to Renesmee.

Yes I think that Bella could be a very good mother,if Edward stops being so stubborn and transforms her like she wants.

Bella is totally fit to be a mother. Even though she is clumsy, Edward will help her through it all, and when she loves someone, she truly does. Renesmee would definitely be happy to have Bella as her mother.

I say no. Well for starters she is clumbsy,Lost and kinda idiototic(can't spell)
Shes SOOO young. 18-19(i think) is a bit young.
All she wants is to become a vampire. She has a choice,the rest didn't
And i personally think human/vampire relationships are kinda weird

i dont think so. i dont judge her,shes young. i dont think anyone is prepared for that.she IS clumsy and GETS lost sometimes. but really? who doesnt

well! she's clumsy, somtimes irritating and annoying and i personally think she is a nutter but when i think of her as a mother...u know even if she doesnt set a good example for her daughter she still cared for her and put her life to save renesmee even before she was born. so on the whole if i sum things up, i think she can raise her with love and care as a good mother but im not sure about the example part though!
