what happened with the whole charlie, sue, and billy thing in breaking dawn?

Well yes Charlie and Sue kinda turned out to be an item....but i think secretly Billy liked Sue too and was upset at Charlie because of that. You can kinda tell by the way Billy acts in the book that thats what he is trying to get across.
