Ok, this is a good question, because there are so many adorable Twilight characters. My top 7 are:
1) Bella because she is the main character and because without her Twilight would be stupid
2) Edward because he is so perfect and beautiful - dream of every girl
3) Alice because she is so cool and funny and first accepts Bella as a friend of the Cullens
4) Jacob because his sense for humor and because he brings Bella to life when Edward left her
5) Emmett because he is my monkey man!
6) Carlisle because he is raiser of the Cullens
7) Rosalie, I know she is a bitch but she saved Renesmee and one was on Bella's side when nobody wasn't
There are a lot more cool characters, but those seven are my best, and I hope I wasn't too carried away <3

1.Edward,of course,he is amazing,loving,caring and soooo hot!!!
2.Bella,I love Bells,she is maybe clumsy,she sometimes says something before she thinks about it,but she is very strong,courageous and loving :)
3.Emmett,he is like a huge teddy bear,I love him and his sense of humor :D
4.Alice,she is cutest little thing ever,so adorable!
5.Carlisle,well there are no words to describe Carlisle,he is the best person and vampire there is,I just LOVE him!
6.Seth,he is my favorite wolf,and I'm totally with vampires but you have to love Seth,I just wanna give him a big hug :)I kinda feel Seth would have been perfect for Renesmee,'cause thing with Jacob is just too weird :(
7.Renesmee,I love her because she is a part of Bella and Edward,perfect little kid!

And I love all other Cullens and Volturies(especially in New Moon,they rock!)And I love the rest of the wolf pack,weirdly enough,lol,but I don't like Jacob at all(I love the wolf pack in New Moon,Sam,Jared,Paul,Embry,they are so funny)

1)Bella, because every girl can relate to her in some sort of way and she's the main character.
2)Edward, because he's just so sweet and seriously good looking and the way he protects Bella.

4)Jacob, because he's really hot and he helps Bella out and a great best friend for her.
5)Jasper, because he just seems like really nice and just so cute!
